A pleasant hotel, with spacious...

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast is average, but what is used up is constantly replenished. The breakfast area is a bit narrow and cramped, but still this is a three-star hotel and it can be said that it is acceptable. What needs to be changed is the duration of the breakfast. It starts at 8 am and is somewhat late for someone who came as a tourist because the tours start at 9 am, so there is no time to have breakfast and catch up, so we missed breakfast twice (out of 4 times). The Florence bus station is close and is very convenient for those who want to visit Karlovy Vary by bus.
Disliked: The breakfast is average. What needs to be changed is the duration of the breakfast. It starts at 8 am and lasts until 10 am. 8 am is late for someone who came as a tourist because the tours start at 9 am and even earlier, so there is no time to have breakfast and catch up the tours.

Liked: breakfast is very good, the room very comfortable and clean. Staff was so friendly and sympa. The experiencie was good, I recommend this property, one of the most important things for choose this hotel was location (in the center).

Liked: I liked the cozy atmosphere near the center of Prague, I liked the humble buffet breakfast, I liked the cleanliness of the corridors and room, the clerks were nice, check on was fast, the bathroom air extractor was great, the room was almost big comfortable,
Disliked: The hotel is really old, the room is also old with old sheets old bed and so on, the breakfast hour was a bit tight i.e. 8-10am, elevator is old spooky,
