Good hotel.

Liked: Decent room, clean and spacious. Room service was excellent. Well located, close main visiting points in the city.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good.

Liked: It’s not too far from the bus terminal but farther from the train station. However it is also some distance from the old town but doable.Check in was fast and the staff helpful. There is a lift. The room was big by standards. Clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea, tv with English channels and heater. There were more than ample spaces for our stuff.Breakfast had good variety and tasty. They packed a breakfast box the second morning when we had to catch an early bus. Thanks. There are restaurants around but mainly kebab ones. More nearer old town.
Disliked: There are heaters which are good but you might not want to use it as it gets very hot. You can warm up the room then turn it off. The bedding is warm enough.Otherwise nothing much negative.

Liked: Great location, clean, nice bathroom, smelled nice and had decent sound proofing which is a huge plus in a hotel.
Disliked: The fridge was really tiny and very noisy, standing right next to the bed. Had to unplug it for the night to not be disturbed. The breakfast was ok. Nothing exceptional

Liked: The staff was very friendly and a great team.
Disliked: But the hotel is very bad. spa and pool services are bad. the sink in the room was clogged. the furniture is old. it was never comfortable
