Very good, re-furbished room with a great view of the bridge. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again!

Bad welcome

Disliked: I arrived just passed 9 in the evening, after a long flight from London.And told sorry to late for any food.He also didn't seem to care.

Excellent all round stay in...

Liked: Love the room, bathroom well set up and shower has all the extras and good water pressure.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little pricey for the meal, however, we didn't prebook it so I would assume we paid a bigger price. Next time will prebook for the discount.

Great great hotel but it’s...

Liked: Great location, great room, in a very good location.
Disliked: Corners have been cut - lack of toilet paper, mini bar fridge had to replaced as faulty, lack of goodies ie: no small shampoos etc…having to pay for rental of branded umbrellas…no curtain on bathroom window, air con took an age to take effect…minor details I know but I’ve stayed at other hotels of similar star ratings and they were of a better standard
