Very good, re-furbished room with a great view of the bridge. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again!

A great hotel really enjoyed...

Liked: Great location and lovely ambience.My junior suite was really nice and the garden for my dog was amazing with incredible walk to the river.
Disliked: Room was a little cold.

Liked: I’ve stayed here before and really like the hotel. It’s in a great location, is really nicely refurbed and has a great atmosphere and really lovely staff.
Disliked: The staircases and surrounding areas could do with a deep clean. Cleaning staff appeared overworked and a bit harassed.

Disliked: No fitted sheet on the bed and not able to be tucked in, restaurant and bar both nights were somewhat marred by really loud groups . Yes I mean loud. Very inconsiderate.
