Very good, re-furbished room with a great view of the bridge. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again!

Disliked: Booked signature suite for the 2 roll top baths however luke warm water so couldn't use , staff didn't seem bothered. Sent email to manager who just apologised and nothing else - really disaapointed

Liked: We always stay at The Avon Gorge just before Christmas. We enjoy the atmosphere, staff are very friendly snd helpful. The location is superb, both for the bridge and also the village.Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: To be truthfully honest, we cannot fault our stay.

Disliked: Reception staff unhelpful when asked to help locate an item of lost property. I upgraded to a room with view of the bridge but could see about an inch of it.
