Not suitable for business travellers

Liked: Clean hotel, nice pub and restaurant
Disliked: No Wi-Fi was available during my visit, which is not good for business travellers. I had an important online meeting with a customer in SE Asia early in the morning, and my mobile signal in the area was inadequate and unstable. I had to check out of the hotel early and find alternative accommodation.

Disliked: The 90 minute power cut in the middle of dinner (no fault of the pub)...

Liked: Staff are always friendly, more than helpful and the hotel has a wealth of local history and character
Disliked: The room was comfortable although there was a floodlight directly outside which shone into the room a little, until it was switched off around midnight

Liked: Room was nice and comfortable and the bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.
