Liked: Staff were outstanding and truly made our stay faultless Dave was the most exceptional and most personal member of the team nothing too much trouble he even went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the room allocation
Disliked: Lack of directions however this is being rectified as we speak

Disliked: Terrible shower only centre meters from the wall you actually couldn’t stand fully under it, then I went to get breakfast and the chef hadn’t turned up so I left
