It was a lovely, clean...

Liked: It was new and clean. The breakfast was exceptional! It offered a large selection of breakfast options.
Disliked: We insisted on changing rooms because the first room we checked into had a terrible sewer odor. The man at the front desk seemed flustered and told us to run water through all the drains. We were eventually assigned to a different room with no odor.

Great stay!

Liked: I would like to acknowledge the importance of having a welcoming and helpful staff. They were amazing, really made us feel welcomed and valued. Thank you Chaz who did the night shift and a wonderful lady that was there on Sunday morning. Just wonderful people! Location was amazing for us because we were right in middle of Grand Rapids and Holland. Really nice location if you wan to visit both places.
