Great location and place.

Liked: The hotel appears to be new. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean and bright. Great place to staff while in Wenatchee. We will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: We got to the hotel and were told they didn’t have a room because of a “system update”Without asking or providing permission the booked a room for us at another hotel that we did not want to stay at and did not offer any refund

Clean but not much else

Liked: Flat open floor Shower not good. Curtain too short and entire bathroom got wet. Used all the towels to mop that up.Breakfast was terrible. Frozen breakfast sandwiches and nothing else. Coffee was good but NOT available in room.NO microwave .Hotel VERY clean Swedish style. No carpets.

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good - I lean toward the healthy, and the IHG hotel in Bend (Element) had a slightly healthier breakfast. I just love the efficiency and cleanness of these hotels.
Disliked: I liked all of it.
