Liked: New and accepting, nice lobby!
Disliked: Only one set of elevators.

Great location but need windows...

Liked: Staff was great and rooms were clean
Disliked: Breakfast needs revamping

Lodging for a few days

Liked: We liked the reception service, location, comfort of the room and standard breakfast.
Disliked: The room is the bathroom was not totally clean, had hair on the floor, dust, and the acoustics is not very good.

We will not stay any...

Liked: Breakfast was good, The Staff are excellent, The facilities are new, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Typical hotel breakfast. Good coffee available 24/7

Excellent and restful hotel

Liked: hotel looks brand new. beds are comfortable. everything is very Clean. plus you get a little breakfast.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant
Disliked: It was high priced and the temperature of the shower was difficult to keep warm

Disappointing

Disliked: The parking was limited to electric cars and compact cars. I had to park far away from the elevator. I was with my elderly mother and it was difficult. The door to our room would slam shut. It hit me a few times just walking in and out of the room. The shower was terrible, it sprayed water all over the floor making a huge mess. Breakfast was okay, but nothing was fresh except the apples. Prepackage everything. The price was super high as well. It will not stay there again. There are better hotels for that price and th6e are warm and welcoming.

It was not quite what...

Liked: Breakfast choices were good - mostly continental style.The hotel is quite new and very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The hotel has very modern, stark decor. There was only one desk chair in the room and no room for another so one of us had to sit on the bed.

Great for a short stay....

Liked: The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Sales Manager Paul was very welcoming at breakfast. The hotel was clean and had a modern feel to it - even in downtown Wenatchee. The beds were comfortable and sufficient parking. It was a quiet location even on the main road.
Disliked: The breakfast was just okay. Any hot items were in a bag that you had to microwave (didn't try them because I didn't have a good experience at another hotel with those). The rest of the selections were good - although, it would be nice to have tongs for the bagels... I didn't get one because of that. The room was a bit small if you are going to stay longer than a couple of days, but it met our needs.
