Liked: Room/hotel very clean. Staff friendly. Nice location. Close to shopping center. I really love that our room was handicap accessible. I also loved that they used Dove products.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like. We had a great time. We will stay here again when we come back to Tulsa.

Disliked: Avid has held on to my incidental deposit for more than 24 hours. There are no incidental charges. This is not a reflection of the hotel itself but corporate policies.

Disliked: They wouldn’t give us a late check out even though they advertise getting one if you are a member. They had my name wrong from the beginning. The ice buckets were dirty and wet. The television would not work all night. It finally began working when we were leaving.
