Liked: Very convenient to Salem
Disliked: I requested a late check out when I booked my reservation AND I confirmed upon arrival. I received a call asking if I was checking out and the person said “well I wasn’t told”. When we came back to check out my keys didn’t work and the staff at the desk was rude and dismissive of me. They gave me another set of keys that didn’t work. I tried to talk to them about my late check out request and they couldn’t have been more uninterested. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel but it will probably be the last.

Liked: Honest- forgot something our room and staff called us to let us know. Clean.comfortable.quiet.mini fridge.breakfast provided!
