Liked: Rooms were clean and arranged efficiently.
Disliked: More than two towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was meh. Not much selection.When we asked the staff what the differences were between the different levels of Holiday Inn the only answer they had was “branding”. They couldn’t answer any other questions regarding differences.Their hotel knowledge was not that great.

Disliked: I didnt like finding out that at check in I had to pay a hold of $50 more dollars ok my card. This info should of been noted on booking

Liked: The property is very nice and close to many amenities! Great value for the price. Mareal is an amazing host/server/kitchen manager and the hospitality was great!
Disliked: The front desk clerks need to do a better job explaining how the complementary breakfast works. It is very confusing to see that you receive a complementary breakfast with your stay when in fact the hot breakfast actually cost $13.95pp + tax. There is free breakfast for Avid guests, but it is more convenient foods such as cereal/fruit/hot sandwiches/etc and not a hot sit down meal. The sign for the cost of breakfast was outside the Avid side of the property when the breakfast is actually for the Holiday Inn guest IF they receive the complementary meal ticket. Please instruct the front desk to clearly state how breakfast is offered. Otherwise, the stay was great!
