Getaway stop over

Liked: The room was clean and roomy. The bed was very fluffy and made for a very restful night. Freshly made coffee was excellent.
Disliked: The morning breakfast was fine with standard breads and grains. The egg white cheese omelette was ok, no meat and not hot though.

Bad

The stay was ok.

Liked: The location was good. It's close to everything.
Disliked: the bathtub was filthy, dirt, scum, and hair was all over the shower

Exceptional

Liked: Everything & the staffs as well!
Disliked: Nothing

The hotel was decent.

Liked: The room was really nice.
Disliked: House keeping should do a better job with cleaning the bathrooms. The bedding should be made up better

I would most definitely stay...

Liked: Location was great, overall cleanliness was great as well…
Disliked: The assistant manager had superb customer service, I had one small issue with the room and she personally took care of it.

Disappointing

Liked: Friendly staff. Great rate. Clean room. Very comfortable beds! Clean sheets and warm blankets.
Disliked: First room offered had not been cleaned - beer bottles & trash in room. Fire alarm smoke detector indicator strobed every 5 seconds all night lighting up the room. Complained - staff said they had received numerous complaints. It could of do anything to solve problems. Found ants in shower. Shower body wash bottle empty. Body lotion bottle pump broken. Poor breakfast.

Superb

This experience was horrible

Liked: The only thing good about this trip was the front desk clerks were very professional and didn’t mind helping to correct the situation
Disliked: We checked in the hotel around 5 something, we left to go a wedding rehearsal, we came back to hotel, headed to our room and the do not disturb was on the door, we walked in and bed had been slept in and not changed for new guests. The bathroom was the same towels on the floor. We were given room #229, then #239 and it was the same, used towels on the floor and beds not changed. Then given 235. We have stayed there several times and like the hotel but this experience was unacceptable.
