Comfortable bed but bathroom needs...

Disliked: Shower hand-held sprayer didn't work at all, main mounted sprayer had weak water flow. Tub bottom very slippery with no anti-slip strips.

Lobby & bathrooms were clean,...

Liked: Clean lobby, staff tried to address my concerns, available coffee in lobby
Disliked: Water wouldn’t get hot, duvet had a stain on it, both towels were dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, air unit wasn’t working properly. It wouldn’t get cold.

Nice comfy bed and good...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Great location. Nice comfy bed.

There was no hot water...

Liked: There was no hot water at all for the shower at 9:30 AM. Really disappointing.

Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Disliked: The pillow case and sheets were stained in one of the beds. Also the breakfast was not what was expected after paying for breakfast

Wasn’t worth what I had...

Liked: Got there soon as I checked in room was dirty and wasn’t clean had to go back and tell them the room wasn’t clean . She wasn’t friendly at all she simply check me into another room without saying anything mind you I reserved my room weeks before! Traveling hours only to come here and my room wasn’t ready and then deal with attitudes on top of that the rate I paid wasn’t even worth the hassle it was too freaking high they don’t like their jobs and make the hotel look bad as workers!!!
