Liked: You accidentally booked me twice and charged me twice. My son stayed 2 nights, but I was also charged for one night. Please check your records.

Liked: Breakfast was as expected and pretty good.

Disliked: The disposition of the customer service was horrible My ac in the rooms was broken a rude front desk guy said I could move rooms it was 12!am or so had to be up and out at 6 I also had a rooster and lots of luggage the assistant Gm was horrible at first and the gm had no customer service skills but maintence was the best he had to resent it

Disliked: The breakfast was not good. Only snack food

Convenient location, clean room

Liked: Location was very good, easy to interstate and close to Chick-fil-A, Starbucks and pharmacy. Room very clean with vinyl floors (which we prefer over carpet). Dove bath products were nice.
Disliked: Shower floor was very slippery. Breakfast choices were minimal but okay.
