Liked: Staff was awesome! The only downside was the noise from I 75. The room was clean and comfortable. Great overnight stop for the price.

Liked: I liked how the staff checked up on me with text messages as well as with messages on the tv to see how my stay was. The facility was also very clean.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better. Not everyone gets down there bright and early to eat, the breakfast needs to be restocked even if it’s 9am we still deserve to get that breakfast sandwich. There was never any fresh fruit or good selection of protein.

A Nightmare

Liked: This property called and told me my booking reservation had to be canceled due to they were completely booked. I inquired about the fee booking had already took and they assured me the money would not be taken. The money was taken I contacted booking and they reached out to the hotel but got no answer. I contacted the hotel myself was told they needed to research it and they would call me back, I still haven't received a phone call. Booking reached back out and its now been over a week and no resolution has been provided. It was no fault of my own that I was unable to stay I made a reservation and money was pulled from my account and I deserve to be refunded and as a curiosity they should have at the most at least reached out to me personally. I have never stayed at one of these hotels but if they provide this level of customer service I would recommend never staying with this brand of hotel. Originally had choose this hotel due to price and reviews but now its just been a nightmare trying to get funds refunded back to my account. I can't really account for the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms as I have never stayed but trying to resolve an issue over a booking has been a total nightmare. Im working on week 2 since the incident happened and still no response.
