Beautiful hotel. Just right for...

Good location but feels very...

Liked: Bathroom doors could use a good cleansing. The no carpet appearance is nice but the beds move if you bump them.

It was a good stay...

Liked: The property was very modern and clean
Disliked: The rooms were a bit cramped and not a lot of walking space

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Liked: The location and hotel was somewhat clean.
Disliked: The staff needs to take some customer service classes. THEY SCAMMED US. They wouldn't refund the room that we didn't sleep or have the keys for. When it was already cancelled (12hrs before check in) due to an emergency. OUR KEY CARDS WOULDN'T WORK AND WE HAD TO GO BACK DOWNSTAIRS TO GET THE STAFF TO OPEN OUR ROOMS EVERY SINGLE TIME. The manager and assistant managers were HORRIBLE AND LIARS are best to describe it. Never again will we book here. On top of that, there was hair everywhere like they didn't even clean the room properly. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!
