Liked: The receptionist that recieved us was very friendly.The bed was confortáble.
Disliked: They charged me 50 dolar that i was supossed to get back on The check out. 10 days have passed and The hotel give me no answer to emails or messages and dont give me The money back.Very poor breakfast and I has to wait 20 minuts on The line to get coffee, because there was ONLY 1 coffee machine working.The Room was very noisy because of The high way near.I asked for a quiet Room, but they told me was not possible.Very far from everything. Nothing around.Very bad Over all.

Liked: The location was nice, big rooms and free breakfast. Also free shuttle to airport
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty and water leaked all over the bathroom floor, girl at front desk didn’t greet us at all when we came in and said not more than 3 words checking us in.

Not the cleanest or friendliest...

Liked: Floors and bathroom just felt/looked dirty. Not a big food selection in their market. The girls who checked us in were nice. The guy who checked us out was not friendly. The hotel carts for luggage were small and barely working to use for suitcases to get to room. Pool closes super early. The cleaning lady was just standing at our door trying to come in and clean with a DND sign on it at 10. Checkout is 11 and she saw we were still taking our luggage down and getting things together. She would not move her cart I could barely get the luggage cart down. She just kept staring at us when we obviously were not ready to leave. We still had an hour and told her that. She just stayed and stared. Made us all uncomfortable. We have to come back to Ft. Lauderdale in a few months and will stay somewhere else
