False advertisement

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: False advertisement. I booked a 3 bed room, 1 king and 2 queen, and the price was more than a regular, but that's what I needed, and I booked it. when I got to the facility, I was told they didn't have that. The receptionists told me that booking.com lied. They only offer standard rooms with two queen beds. I called booking and they didn't resolve anything. And that they have the information the hotel sends them. It's been two days, and I'm still waiting on an answer. At this point, I don't know who is telling the truth the hotel or booking.com. And the breakfast was nasty.

Paid for a king

Liked: The room overall was nice and comfortable
Disliked: I laid for a king suite online once we arrived they gave us a double room we asked about it and they said they was sold out of the king rooms but we got one of the bigger rooms didn't say if there was a price difference

I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Cleanliness.We did not have breakfast
Disliked: Water was not hot enough

Exceptional

Great for an overnight stay...

Liked: Facilities, including WIFI and direct CAT6 access, were excellent and in great condition. Breakfast was excellent and well-organized.
Disliked: The pool wasn't as clean as expected.

Great night sleep and shower...

Liked: Very comfortable bed and great size TV… Very clean and brand new….. subtle elegance. Bathroom was very clean with quality fixtures and towels. We had a great night sleep.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was a bit inconsistent but hot. The room was a bit small but adequate enough to put suitcases in areas and relax in the bed. It was very simple but well done and we would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Very new facility and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing at all. Everything met our expectations.

I do not reccomend because...

Liked: I enjoyed the convenient location, friendly staff and unique look of the building.
Disliked: I will never be stopping at this hotel again, nor would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone. The very second I opened the door to my room a strong stench wafted into my face. At first I tried to look beyond the horrid stench and settle into my room for the night, but it was impossible to ignore. It seemed to me as though the room smelled of mold, and while I wanted to believe I was just being paranoid I decided to go against my better judgment and investigate where this horrid smell could be coming from. Shortly after looking around my room I pulled up the mattress cover to uncover disgusting patches of mold. Finding mold was extremely disappointing considering the hotel had signs talking about insuring the best, and cleanest stay possible. When I went back down to the front desk to ask for a room switch, I was also quite shocked when no one asked me where the mold was located in the room. This is a major safety hazard that can cause a lot of people to be sick.
