Liked: New and great location. Very professional staff . Mark on front desk, was helpful with info regarding local restaurants and information regarding Xmas lights. All staff welcome us and smiled.
Disliked: Couldn’t fault anything

Liked: the breakfast was good. the bus stop was very close. staff and facilities were amazing.
Disliked: While the bus stop was very close, the metro station was quite far and was a local train station. any attraction is at least an hour away.

The cleanliness was excellent, but...

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for several reasons. The cleanliness was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment. The rooms and the hotel are very new and modern, which added to the overall appeal. We also appreciated the Dove shampoo and soap in the rooms. Additionally, the 24/7 availability of coffee, tea, and water was a great convenience.
Disliked: The location was a major issue. The hotel was very far from Manhattan and the central neighborhoods of Brooklyn. We came to NYC to visit the city, but it took at least an hour to get to the city center and another hour to come back. While there was generally just one metro line, the travel time was too long. This meant we had to leave the room early and return late, with no time to relax during midday because of the distance. Additionally, there were no slippers in the room, which I think is important for maintaining hygiene. The bed was also too soft, which wasn’t ideal for our body comfort. There was also no closet in the room, which made it difficult to store our clothes. The breakfast service was too limited. Lastly, it would have been helpful if the hotel staff had provided more accurate transportation information. When we asked about ferry options from Brooklyn to Wall Street, the receptionist said there was no ferry and suggested taking only the subway. However, we later discovered there were ferry and bus options available.

I will definitely be returning...

Liked: The property was located within walking distance of the sites we wanted to see. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a good size, furnished well and modern.The staff were welcoming and willing to assist with any questions we had. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: There really was nothing to complain about.

Brooklyn's Hidden Gem

Liked: The hotel is extremely clean and quiet. I love that the hotel looks like the pictures on Google. The staff was friendly and helpful. All amenities are easy to use and find.
Disliked: The only thing to improve is the quality of the mattresses. It's not terrible so don't get me wrong but it would really make the stay 9.5 if the mattresses were more memory foam like. So if the hotel does a large remodel or renovation in the future I would invest in more comfortable mattresses.
