Nice place, could make some...

Liked: The place was in a great location and was very clean with a great choice of options for breakfast.
Disliked: The elevator was broken while we were there and had people stuck in the elevator. I talked with some people who frequently stayed at this location and said that the elevator has been in bad shape for years. Also, the times posted for their breakfast, and airport shuttle do not match the times they are open. They told us how late the shuttle ran and when we called for a pickup from the airport were told that they left for the night. Luckily the manager called back and gave us a ride.

Liked: Clean, nice, friendly.
Disliked: This probably won’t be able to be fixed, but it was the ONLY thing about the property we didn’t like. There was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator. Guests who need a refrigerator usually have an ice pack to keep in their cooler on the way home. However, at breakfast I told the desk person we had an ice pack we couldn’t refreeze, and she took it and put it somewhere to freeze. Yea! So it got to freeze a few hours until checkout. I wish I had known this the evening before!

Disliked: The Indian men who checked me in were very pleasant and professional.However the morning of check out there were employees not in uniform no name tags, addressing me on personal information keep in mind my family was packed up on the road for 18 hours, escaping the hurricane in South Carolina. A white man that looked to be in his late 40s with a polo no name tag address me about my wife’s Psychiatric service dog keep in mind he was aware that I came out of the first floor room and I believe anyone with pets have to be on the first floor I told him he’s an psychiatric service dog And he continued to drill me with questions even after I told him so I was like who are you? Where is your name tag I was like if you work here you see my room number look up all the information on the computer because we checked in so when I checked out, there was a black female Who wasn’t in uniform she had on a hoodie and leggings. If she wasn’t behind the desk you would think she was staying at the hotel as well. I believe the man had her over charge us $200 without making us aware at checkout so we could’ve. Address any miscommunication. my family is already short on funds after the storm and move into a new area even low funds I just think it was so inconsiderate. I believe it was intentional because I asked about when would the $50 deposit come back to the card and the person at the desk did not make me aware that they were trying to charge an extra $200 didn’t give my family an opportunity to dispute it in person.
