Horrible bed, but great staff

Liked: The staff was very friendly and supportive. They helped me a lot as I don't know Polish. Housekeeping was great + laundry service.
Disliked: Bed, bed and again bed. Cover in mattress was horrible, and also you could hear all the nuances of sex of neighbors.

Bad mattress

Liked: Location and cleanliness is good.
Disliked: i didn't like bad, it was awful. They use very hard covers for mattress, which usually is used for kids not to allow the pee to access the mattress. is it suitable for hotel and for adults???

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: It was a tiny room with a small window, like a jail cell.And they were having a party that kept us up all night.. The room was vibrating because of the music and the screaming guests all night, till 5 o’clock in the morning!! We didn’t close an eye! Called the reception twice but they weren’t going to do anything about it.. it was the worst stay we have ever experienced!
