Liked: It seemed like it would have been a nice place to stay if they had actually accepted us
Disliked: There is nobody available at the front desk at 7:30PM for check-in. The number they provide goes to an answering machine and they don’t respond to their messages. I’ve booked 100’s of times many hotels in many locations for personal and business, I’ve never been to a location that has a 2 hour check-in period from 4-6. This is insane, and they let me know one day before my check in day. I needed 48 hours to cancel without a charge so this is essentially a scam. Needed to check-in on a Saturday and got there by 7:30, got a notification apparently on Friday that their check-in was 4-6 that I didn’t know about because I was busy packing and getting on a plane. And cancellation needed to be done by Thursday so I was left in an impossible situation. This has become a tough thing to navigate with booking.com customer service because they won’t pick up or respond to any of the calls that I or booking customer service has been making

Liked: Though the location is perfect and room space and ammenities are mostly adequate it is evident that the hotel is in a state of transition. The price was too high for the services offered No breakfast, no cleaning service, no night reception.
Disliked: This hotel is advertized in bookings as it was with the previous management and this is not the real situation. Ammenities were spare, no hair drier, no middle size towels, the tv was broken and it took a whole morning to be replaced. No service cleanning or replenishing unless asked in advance.The main problem though is lack of competent personnel and mainly adequate security and safety. E,G our door lock was blocked, our keys did'nt work when we returned one afternoon at 7:45 and the reception was closed, an emergency telephone was operating through an application so we had no answer to our calls and had to wait outside for an hour for someone to come and help us Moreover there is complete lack of security. Nobody asked for identity documents of the residents or of their car plates Entrance to the parking and the room doorstep was free to everyone 24/24 and not supervised at all We visited this hotel under the previous management 3times This was the 4th but unfortunately the last

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty look like blood was on the floor near toilet. The couch was stained bad. So I could only imagine the amount of effort put into cleaning the rest of the room.
