Liked: We loved the set up living room kitchenette room. Wish the sofa bed had more comfortable mattress. It was nice and quiet. The front desk was very courteous and nice to provide necesities.

Liked: Clean unit, convenient location, practical layout, pet-friendly (with dog park and waste bag dispenser), lots of room amenities, ample free parking, great value. Kitchen provided all the essentials. We felt like we were renting a mini one-bedroom time-share apartment for an overnight. Management, maintenance, and grounds crew clearly care for this property which inspires the user to respect and enjoy the space. Upon check out, we found the hotel staff friendly. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. This one has it all. We will return.
Disliked: Need to check in by 530 pm because hotel employees get to go home. However, the super-organized staff stream-lined the after-business hours check-in process. Anticipating our later arrival, they prepared very well, leaving us clear, detailed instructions how to find our unit and reach out if there were any issues. Communication was excellent during pre-registration process, and we found our way easily enough to settle in without any problems. Breakfast is not provided. However, we were able to cater to our specific dietary needs by preparing ourselves a hot, home-cooked meal in our unit's efficient kitchen. Perhaps this is why the hotel rate is reasonable and competitive. Overall, zero complaints.

Disliked: I had some trouble figuring out the TV. The dishwasher had some things in the filter and water leaked out but maintenance came very promptly and took care of it!
