Great location but poor maintenance

Liked: Location and space, friendly staff
Disliked: Maintenance is poor. The carpeted floor is dirty and the rooms were dusty. The sink clogs and the lamp above the dining table did not work - but no one could fix it bec it was the weekend (?).The bathroom has unrefilled shampoo and body wash dispensers.We booked for 8 people, and they only gave us 4 towels - we were able to ask for more and a set of new sheets for the sofa bed as well.Sad that this place has not been maintained since the new management.

Disappointing

Liked: We were promised a full breakfast and we got there. They only served the full breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Not midweek, this is a change from the previous years. They had steel bengals steel bread. Some serial. The juice machine was turned off.No hot food whatsoever.It was terrible.It was not what was advertised.We got ripped off
Disliked: Breakfast, they did not serve what was promised.We had to go out every day to breakfast at a cost of $30 a day.I could have stayed some place else.Cheaper that didn't have breakfast

Would not recommend

Disliked: Reserved an ADA room in March, went to check in last week(August), no ADA room(they only have 3 and 2 were occupied, the other had no ac). They end up giving us a non ADA room, the closest ramp is on the other side of the property, there was no way a guest in a wheelchair would be able to make it in the bathroom. They end up giving us the ADA room with no AC, but they gave us a fan. We were told the next morning they would have an ADA room with AC for us, around noon it’s finally ready. We get everything into the room, I happen to look under the bed and find a HARD MOLDY cat turd! To top the experience off, the pool chair does NOT work.

Disliked: Rugs need to be shampooed as they were filthy. Sunday daytime staff was very nasty, evening staff was much better.Booking.com said I could request an early check in and staf said no! so nasty there is no early check in at all.Ants were all by the coffee station and food. Door to Room 824 was peeling paint and looked like it was kicked in.Room was very run down needs an update. I feel for 400 hundred dollars a night room was not acceptable.Hot Breakfast only on Sat and Sunday and during the week cold breakfast which does not say anything on Booking.comLook at the pics I have attached and see for yourself
