The checkin & lack of...
Liked: The room was a bit pricey but I did like the size and design/layout of the room.
Disliked: I disliked my checkin process. I arrived almost an hour prior to your advertised closing time and there was no staff present at the desk when I arrived. I spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to checkin...that was horrible! Then finally a staff person answered my phone call and guided me to a box with roomkey.
