Liked: I liked how friendly the staff was. The rooms were very clean and had fully stocked kitchens in them.
Disliked: I needed more clean towels. It would have been nice if someone came each day to at least take the trash and the dirty towels.

Superb

Liked: Very friendly and courteous staff. Exceptionally clean room & bathroom. The location was perfect. Love the Garden District and close enough to the French Quarter.Easily access to the street car for getting around.

Disliked: The staff at check in did not acknowledge me until I’d been standing there for some time. I seemed an inconvenience to them.This hotel advertised a gym but when I arrived it was under construction and not available for useThe Wyndham sales pitch is always awkward and annoying when you just want to get to your room

It was an enjoyable first...

Liked: The room was nice. I like that it had a kitchen. The rooftop area was nice at night.
Disliked: I didn't like having to wear a wristband the whole time that couldn't be taken off.

Bad

Disliked: The pictures online DID NOT MATCH the room I got. My room was 1/2 the size. I immediately told the lady at the front desk and she said they don't have any rooms avaliable that matched the picture you guys posted online. I then said I'm having surgery and I need a space the size of the room as pictured because my family of 4 was with me. They refused. I asked for a refund for the 2 nights I wasn't staying because we had to check out and they refused. Booking. Com tried twice to get my money back and was unsuccessful. I finally found a place with more space down the street. I'm still hopeful to get a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay at that hotel. Very upset.

ST. CHARLES STREETCAR ROUTE

Liked: Kitchenette with refrigerator and dishwasher. Nice 65 in LG tv. Nice pool and hot tub area.
Disliked: Small bathroom. Low water pressure. Being "BUGGED" to attend the vacation club sales meeting.

Very nice

Liked: It's a suite and they are very accommodating with the kitchen area. Dishwasher soap, dish soap, toaster, pots and pans everything you need. It's a better area to be in with children
Disliked: Parking and valet prices
