The best hotel in Plzen

Liked: Modern interior, clean and just 5 min of walking distance from the main square.+ Nice breakfast+ Warm rooms in cold weather+ Great quality of bed and toiletries
Disliked: We saw pancakes on photos on Booking, but there were none during breakfast. Made us sad for a moment, but the rest of food was perfect

Liked: Property is modern and room was large.
Disliked: Numerous silverfish seen in bathroom. Also in the sheets on the morning that we were leaving. Room was not cleaned very well during our stay (8 nights). Looked clean on arrival. We had to ask for the refill of coffee pods, tissues and liquid soap. Reception staff always pleased to replace but housekeeping staff obviously not cleaning / looking after guests during their stay.Cleaned our own table in the breakfast room as crumbs left on table from previous guests.
