Wonderful room, great location food&service

Liked: Big room with nice balcony, close to beach, offering nice happy hour & good breakfast. Great restaurant in the building.
Disliked: In separate building with a notice from hotel it may be loud being located next to a bar open late. Thankfully bar appeared to be closed.

Great place to stay, nice...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff was very funny and helpful. I think they would have done anything to make my stay better.Great coffee at breakfast.
Disliked: Almost nothing to complain about. It's a great place!

We won’t stay there again

Liked: Room was nice
Disliked: It was a separate building from check in. Totally out of the way.The front desk was rude and did not care how our stay was . No apology or nothing to say after my husband mentioned how noisy it was at 3:00 in the morning with the trucks loading and unloading and backing up.

The Avenue is a beautiful...

Liked: The Avenue is one of the most beautiful hotels in Rehoboth. The rooms are big and spacious. It is located very close to the beach and shops.
Disliked: We stayed at the Avenue II which is a short distance away but on the same street. We felt more isolated there, and I won’t be reserving a room there again.
