Liked: Love the property, next time I have to book earlier. We were in building two, walking back and forth to use the hot tub was not ideal with how cold it was!! My fault!!

Liked: Breakfast was great. Woman staffing breakfast was pleasant and personable - more welcoming than front desk staff.Cleanliness, decor. Multiple access points.
Disliked: Hard floor in room, "processed" at check in - not very welcoming.

Beautiful hotel and amenities.

Liked: Beautifully kept facilities. Year round hot tub, indoor pool, and steam room was a very nice bonus. As always at this hotel, complimentary breakfast is top notch!

Liked: Very friendly staff, especially Mary Lou ans Sam. The room was very clean. They have a good variety for breakfast everyday.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was great.

this is my fourth stay...

Liked: as always never disappoints! Just as beautiful off-season as it is in season! This place does not change just because the pace is slower it actually gets better because there's even more interaction with everyone who works here that is amazing!
Disliked: There could not be one thing I would ever think of, this place is just magical in the winter which says a lot for the fact that so much thought goes into a guests stay, no matter what time of year--
