Exceptional

Liked: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous.. only complaint was the bed was a little bit soft but my wife loved it so beach to their own. Shower was awesome and breakfast buffet was nice.

Brilliant location & enjoyable stay!

Liked: Location was amazing. Short walk into Canberra City for shopping and restaurants. Stayed in a Superior King room which was OK but then moved to a 2 bedroom apartment which had laundry and cooking facilities (including an actual fridge as well as the fully stocked mini bar fridge).From the King Room, I did request they empty the bar fridge out (so that we could use it for medication and our own drinks).Bed was a little soft for my liking, you could feel yourself sink.2bedroom had a DVD player and only free to air channels available. No ability to stream your own streaming apps (or that we could figure out)King room only had a TV and again no ability to stream our own apps.Gym on B2 was decent - used the treadmill, cross trainer and the weights. Didnt feel as dingy as other hotel gymsStaff were great, seamless transition from King Bedroom to 2 bedroom by opening up the doors in between.No door stoppers so I had to make do with shoving dish towels under both doors to keep them open.
Disliked: Shower doors in both King and 2 Bedroom apartment were almost useless. The whole bathroom floor after each shower was completely soaked. While it didnt take long to dry out, still not ideal.

Very pleasant.

Disliked: I love my English Breakfast tea. On the two occasions that we had breakfast, I had to ask for tea bags. There was only one English breakfast tea bag in the tray. I dont drink the fancy teas. The staff obliged but then, only two bags were supplied. I'm sure other people wanted English breakfast tea.

Liked: Huge rooms, nice and warm. Clean, everything you need. Very large comfy bed. Big clean shower with plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay again. Parking was easy and worth the money, super convenient.
Disliked: No complaints
