Liked: Clean, easy to find, handy to town and main road.
Disliked: To noisy to sleep beyond 5:00 AM both mornings. At $200 per night it was above my usual price, so I was expecting something attractive, fresh, and new, however, it was a very basic old fashioned NZ motel.

Liked: It was very clean and tidy. The rooms were very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was well located in relation to most things. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Excellent facilities, wonderful hosts. Helped the trip and business meetings go very smoothly as we were well rested and very comfortable in the surroundings.Danny and his wife were very friendly and helpful in all aspects of the stay.Will definitely stay here again and inform others of the high standards at Avenue Heights.Thanks again.

Liked: This motel was close to the city and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs.Had a quick dip in the pool that was great and had a lovely overnight stay.

Liked: My stay was perfect would recommend if you are in whangarei look for this motel for your stay rooms are very clean the couple who run the facilities are very nice friendly people and if you want a cooked breakfast please ask it is very good.
