3rd excellent stay

Liked: Room and hotel spotless. Staff very welcoming. Our third stay here. Needed to go to extranjero so perfect location.

A good base to explore...

Liked: Rooms were generous size. Beds very comfortable. Roof top pool and bar were great. Underground parking was a bonus. Had asked for a kettle in the room - which was waiting for us when we arrived. Very grateful for that.
Disliked: Woken up in the middle of the night, two nights running, by something loose on the building banging in the wind. Neighbouring guests clearly heard it too. Bedside lamp faulty (cable was damaged) - left note (in Spanish) for room staff as it could have been dangerous - when came back to room at the end of the day, the lamp was plugged in, and the cable had not been repaired / replaced.

Disliked: Very noisy i been there day 30/12/2024 and there was a guest not respecting noise many of them 3am was just like a party i woke up went down and the stuff reception say oh OK I will submit your complane!!!!

Liked: The receptionist was very helpful and I was advised by my friends who came to visit me that the food in the restaurant was delicious. The room matched the pictures on the website.
Disliked: The room smelt a little stale/musty. It didn’t have a welcoming, clean smell but the room itself was clean.
