Really lovely staff and great...

Liked: Great location. Ten mins into the Old Town. Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfy. Good value for money.
Disliked: The room phones didn’t work so had to go down to reception for things but not a huge issue.

Disliked: Without balcony, so had to go out for a cigarette. We had four rooms, one of them was bigger because they were three and they had a big balcony and that was great

Liked: The was a water machine on each floor dispensing cold flat and sparkling water
Disliked: No good in the evening of any sort ( we arrived from uk at 9.45 and all restaurants in a 15 minute walk had stopped taking new diners, luckily a mini supermarket had sandwiches and beer to have in the room
