Disappointing Stay - Unsafe and...

Disliked: My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning.1. Uncomfortable and Unsanitary Bed: The mattress was old, thin, and had to be flipped over to even attempt comfort. It was also covered in various types of hair(unfortunately this review limits the amount of photos that can be uploaded) which was disgusting and unacceptable.2. Faulty Fire Alarm System: The fire alarm went off just a few hours after my arrival and again first thing the next morning. No one was on-site to address the issue initially, leaving myself and other guests stranded outside. The fire brigade had to be called before a staff member eventually arrived. This lack of preparedness is shocking.3. Insecure Door System: The supposed pin-entry system for room access is ineffective. A staff member accidentally walked into my room unannounced and blamed me for it. This left me feeling vulnerable and unsafe.The overall remote handling of the hotel creates an environment where guests are left to fend for themselves in the face of serious issues. I cannot recommend this place and urge others to consider their safety before booking.

Disliked: Room smelt of smoke and weed, bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom was too small and not fit for purpose. Room was not ready for check in until after 5:30pm, customer service was awful

Liked: The room was spotlessly clean & although it was quite small it was adequate
Disliked: The were very tight with the tea & coffee facilities with only 2 milks; they went in the 2 hours I was in there yesterday between 5 & 7

Very noisy hotel, all night

Liked: Good location, but not much parking available. The access was easy with the door keypads however the hotel was noisy af. All night long people getting in and out, making noise, slamming doors and bot giving a f...k. Price is good, but if you look for a quiet place to have a rest, that's definetly not a good place for you

Liked: Fire alarm is been going on and on. There is an on going issue with hot water. ( I had to pay 12£ extra for the "deluxe bath" and I can't use it )The workers are unlikely to help.
