Fine for a single night

Liked: Location is good and the communications are good
Disliked: The shower couldn’t regulate its temperature- either freezing or scolding hot. Shower was also dirty and mouldy

Disliked: The mattress was the worse I ever slept on

BED BUGS!! 100% DO NOT...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: I was given the basement room. The room had a terrible smell which could have been the drains or something rotting or possibly the pigeon fowl from the little courtyard that my room opened out to. The room didn't appear very clean at all. The were long dark hairs on my pillow and shorter curly hairs in the bed. The mattress was so uncomfortable and the springs made noises everytime I moved in bed, I dread to think how old it was. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it to be honest. And to top it off I have at least half a dozen nasty, itchy bites on my neck, abdomen hands and feet which had to come from the disgusting mattress. Basically not fit for an animal nevermind human. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Didn't stay went in room...

Liked: I didn't, like it all my room was in the basement very small backed on to a dirty yard prison cells look bigger
Disliked: The hotel was clean but just didn't feel right and I didn't feel safe as a woman on her own and 60 years of age I just saw the room went to find a different hotel so I just walked out

Good all rounder comfortable, would...

Liked: Comfort, tv, glad there was an electric heater as room was cold. Very happy there was a fridge. Plenty of towels, little table and chair and electric ports. Detailed email re: open locks with codes. Staff helpful
Disliked: The décor a little out dated, there should be slip mats for the bath, for when showering and a slip matt for when one gets out. I would have liked to have had the full address in email. When using google I saw that where a few Avalon's wasn't sure which one when I looked on google, sometimes phone plays up for various reasons
