Disliked: Broken window in my room

Disliked: We first stayed in a really uncomfortable room which was a bit dirty as well. On the pillows we've seen stains. Also in the toilet there was an unpleasant smell and there has been hair in the shower. We felt really uncomfortable in there so we ask for another room. They gave us another room but we had to pay 20£ more to get that room! Although we did not want to pay that we did it because we did not want to stay in the Original room. In a whole very unhappy with the stay.

Liked: Let down by the accommodation, looks nothing like the photos and the room was suited more to a single bed.Otherwise the weekend was great.
