I loved the decorating of the hotel - it was a cool place to stay and an easy walk to downtown. I had a great view from my room. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. I will definitely book again.

Liked: Checking into the hotel was very friendly and warming. I was given all sorts of helpful information. The staff were excellent.
Disliked: The bathroom door in room was very hard to close.

Disliked: Our room was painted in a dark gray color making it dreary and not at all inviting.

Liked: I like the boutique out look of the overallHotel, it’s very classy and very nice.
Disliked: I have confirmation through emails , I have confirmation on booking.com and on zip where it shows on my profile that I was approved plus mu down payment went through . Unfortunately, zip customer service was closer and because your front desk askWas definitely friendly but I feel Somwwfwr Incompetent to do his job; if this is a 3rd party service that allowed you to pay in pelted should be direct communication , your system should connect with one another . Horrible
