I loved the decorating of the hotel - it was a cool place to stay and an easy walk to downtown. I had a great view from my room. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. I will definitely book again.

Liked: Checking into the hotel was very friendly and warming. I was given all sorts of helpful information. The staff were excellent.
Disliked: The bathroom door in room was very hard to close.

Liked: The location, the attention to detail! I mentioned it was our anniversary and had a personalized letter written out with free champagne. It was amazing. Very generous, and the exact kind of customer service the world needs today! I will forever recommend this spot!

Liked: We were in the suite building. The room had everything needed: great bed and pillows, everything needed in a kitchen and powerful shower. The management were very helpful and the staff helped with luggage.
Disliked: The bathroom needed a towel rod and a shelf to hang other towels and a shelf for soap and shampoo. A hook on the back of the door for nightclothes would also be useful. The elevator was broken.

Liked: Fantastic location, good facilities in the room, nicely decorated and well furnished, able to use the pool at the Hollander next door.
Disliked: The room was quite dark, there were limited utensils in the kitchen (e.g. no tin opener) and the bed was very soft and uncomfortable.
