Great stay for this price!

Liked: The bed and mattress in the room are very good. I liked that the shower wall is transparent, which is very romantic. But the room is very small and it's not very romantic when you have to go to the toilet. The room is perfect for one person or if you're in a very close partnership. In a new relationship it is worth getting a bigger room so there is more space between the toilet and the bed :) Nevertheless, we were very satisfied. Many thanks to the staff who speak three languages. Thanks for the delicious breakfasts, there is even an English breakfast.
Disliked: The neighbourhood has the vibe of two train stations but everything is nearby. The hotel is cute but quite old and shabby, which is not evident in the photos, but it could use some renovation. However, this does not apply to the rooms, they are new. Our room, however, had no wardrobe and no space for a suitcase. Also the bed was too short for my tall friend.

Disliked: No space at all to unpack nor walk around the bed.Very old building, shower was very dirty. and elevator barely fit one person. Too expensive.

Paris three-night City Break November...

Liked: Location, value and friendly hospitality of the Avaloncosy team.
Disliked: Overly compact design of rooms and lack of sound proofing of adjacent rooms on floor.

Tiny room

Liked: The location was next to the train
Disliked: Falsely advertised the room, no room for your bag, the bed smaller than advertised in pictures, no new towels brought for the second day, breakfast was dreadful, room very very small and very well photographed to make it look bigger, would not recommend

Very practical and enjoyable with...

Liked: The clean compact concept and price/performance balance
Disliked: Only point was the size of the rooms.

Médiocre

Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel room was not welcoming. There was dirt on the floor, stains on the walls, a dirty bathroom floor, broken electrical outlets, dirty and torn curtains, and hair and dust in the bed. Another inconvenience was having to ring the doorbell to enter during the day, even if it was raining outside. The only positive point of this hotel was the woman working at the reception when I arrived. This hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating.

Superb

Very good and functional stay...

Liked: Amazing location with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The rooms are small for the cost, though this is fairly to be expected with such a central location. The shower didn’t have a wall mount, which meant have to hold the shower head whilst trying to shower. Unnecessarily difficult. The bath also leaked everywhere and soaked some of our clothes.
