Liked: There was construction going on in the room above which was noisy and disruptive to a restful stay. The heat pump didn’t work and there was no effort to fix it.

Liked: My family and I have always stayed here whenever we travel to New Plymouth and we always love the service and facilities. Always outstanding. This time however, I was really shocked and disappointed that the breakfast menu doesn't include hot food, only continental buffet of cereals, fruit, toast and juices. They don't even offer porridge which I always had. Sadly missed the chef who always filled my orders.
Disliked: Not a full breakfast available. Had to go elsewhere to find a restaurant for a hot breakfast before we took the 4hour drive to Auckland.No air conditioning in the bathroom

Liked: Wasn’t what we expected, couldn’t plug in our chrome cast, tv in odd spot to watch tv, bathroom and room outdated for price, didn’t stay the second night
