Friendly and helpful

Liked: On arrival the extra I had paid for champagne macrons and petals in the room had not been done ( wife's birthday)but I told the receptionist and after we went out to eat and on our arrival back at the hotel everything was perfect in the room and overall the staff were friendly and helpful excellent service

Liked: Breakfast was okay, 4/5. The room was clean and bright.
Disliked: Coffee and tea in the room were available for only one day. When I asked for more, I was told that it was unavailable. If you have breakfast included, then it's not a problem, if not then you need to get out to get yourself a morning coffee
