Liked: The property is located in an ideal area of San Pedro. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. There is a huge mall across the street. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Disliked: The hotel's facilities were very neglected; the entire building appears to have significant moisture issues, with swollen walls and mold, likely due to poor ventilation. When I went to the pool, I noticed a very unpleasant smell, almost like a dead animal, which I believe was coming from the trash bins nearby, prompting me to leave immediately.
