Solid stay, nothing to complain,...

Liked: Very good value for the price. Staff is very helpful and rooms are good. Nothing exciting but very reliable and solid clean and rooms are large.

Liked: Great breakfast, very clean room and bathroom, quiet location, parking is available.
Disliked: Soundproofing is not as good as expected. Our dogs reacted to everything happening in the hall and could not relax.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at Austria Trend Hotel Doppio! The location is fantastic — quiet, yet very well connected, with easy access to the train, metro, and tram, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel was spotless, and everything felt well taken care of. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

3* hotel in reality

Liked: The location was chosen close to The Globe, due to our activities there, but for Vienna as a whole, the location is not great. Our room was cold upon arrival, heating switched off. They said sorry. Couldn’t get a drink at the bar (or to buy for the room) a little past midnight, even though the hotel materials state it works till 1:00 am. They said it was misprinted. And sorry. Couldn’t get a HDMI cable to connect to the TV. They said some previous guest didn’t return it, sorry. The breakfast was barely OK, ordered eggs burnt and not at all according to my order (so sorry), fake juice, narrow choice… All in all, quite poor for a 4* hotel. If it were 3* it would be more realistic and would meet most (but not all) expectations. The staff were polite and smiling, but not much help. Upon my honest feedback at check out they did approve my 1-day parking for free (€10 worth). Not quite enough, sorry.

Very nice experience with this...

Liked: The location is very good, near all places we wont to visit. Also, I like the parking because is secure and we were able to see our car from the room.
Disliked: Room was excellent, only is missing is room sleepers, everything else is perfect. We are planning to get back in a few days
