Always a pleasure

Liked: The numerous restaurants in the neighboorhood have changed a lot since the pandemic, but this hotel hasn't. If anything, it has risen from the challenges better than ever. With every visit I notice a number of small improvements that show the staff's detailed attention to the customers' wishes and needs. The always fantastic breakfast got even better in its variety of choices. The location is excellent: direct train link from the airport to Praterstern station, a 100 meters walk from the hotel, and from there S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram connections which bring you anywhere in central Wien within a few minutes. The hotel is an old family business, and it feels like that: very little staff fluctuation, other than the natural. Clean, friendly, comfortable, and possibly the best value for money in Wien. Highly recommended!
Disliked: The single rooms (and beds) can be a bit small. Excellent, if you travel on a budget, but for a few Euros more you can upgrade to a double room for single use.
