Liked: Comfortable bed and clean room. The pool was refreshing and large. The restaurant was pretty good too. Staff were so accommodating and nice!
Disliked: Hotel is a bit outdated but clean and comfortable and priced accordingly

Great stay at a great...

Liked: I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and made my check-in fast and easy. She even signed me up for Marriott rewards for even more discounts. The room are extremely comfortable and my balcony view of Austin was nice. The breakfast was great and the pool felt amazing in this crazy Texas heat! I highly recommend if you are in the Austin area. This will be my go to Hotel everytime we are in the Austin area.
Disliked: We booked the room not knowing there was a chess convention that weekend. The lobby was very crowded and couldn’t find a place to sit in the bar area near the TV’s. Other than that the hotel is wonderful!

Disliked: On Aug 3rd before my scheduled reservation I messaged the hotel on Facebook and asked if the rooms have microwaves. They replied saying they do not however I can call prior to my arrival and arrange to have one placed in the room. So I called Aug 7th and the service desk assured me she would let the housekeeping manager know to place one in the room. Upon check-in I got to my room and there was no microwave. I called the service desk they stated one would be sent to my room. I had to call several more times they finally brought one to me on Aug 10th during the very last few hours of my stay. I had to ask several times and it seemed to be an inconvenience for the staff.
