A nice hotel
Liked: It is a hotel with a museum inside which is very rare and nice. The hotel is clean overall. Breakfast is good. It is comfortable.
Disliked: Some of the front office staff are good, some not very attentive. The latter deal mostly deal with checking-in and checking-out guests and not so keen on already staying guest. The location is good; however, if I go to Lisbon again I should prefer another location.

Great position and great staff.
Liked: This is the third year in a row that I visit this hotel.. It is clean, the staff is really friendly, breakfast is excellent but last two years was a bit more various. Which is not a big deal as it is really nice breakfast. Also last two years I did get two complementary bottles every day but they changed the policy now. But after telling that to the staff, they proceed giving me two complementary bottles every day and as a gift a bottle of champagne and a plate of fruits! So nice of them! Position is great for exploring the city. I'll be coming again for sure.
Disliked: There is nothing to say about that.

I was looked after extremely...
Liked: The hotel was perfectly positioned for touring the city - walkable to most things, easy to get an Uber and not far from the metro. The breakfasts were great, the place is spotless and, above all, the staff are simply lovely. Bruno rocks and all his team are delightful.
Disliked: It might be a good idea to put some USB ports etc in the room it that’s about all.

Liked: The Museum tour experience was exceptional!
Disliked: Everything else!Huge reason for this is as always; when one arrives at a front desk with 2 staff busy on their computers, no one else around and the staff don’t stop, lift their heads to hear the guests even to say hello & say I’ll be a minute, please take a seat. Nothing, I waited standing in front of them for 45 seconds before I lost the will to live!! Customer service is the worst therefore I would not recommend. Even the breakfast room staff have that incredible ability to look around the room but miss the person holding up their hand!!
