Offering luxurious accommodation in the heart of Prague the Augustine Hotel a Luxury Collection Hotel Prague is located next to the Wallenstein Gardens. Charles Bridge and Prague Castle can be reached within a 5-minute walk. The hotel consists of 7 historic buildings the most important being the 13th century Augustinian St. Thomas Monastery after which the hotel is named. Several practising monks still live in a separate part of the monastery. All spacious rooms and suites provide stunning views of Prague the adjacent monastery church and the Prague Castle. Exclusive tours of the Church`s private library will be provided upon request. Augustine Hotel's spa features a hammam sauna steam room relaxation area and a fully-equipped gym. The Augustine Restaurant serves dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients as well as the hotel's own St. Thomas Beer and wide range of international wines. Guests can visit the Refectory 1887 Bar as well as the St. Thomas Brewery set in the former monastery brewery building.

Exceptional

I would stay agai but...

Liked: Location and environment were excellent. Staff very helpful and cordial.
Disliked: Since it was between seasons and the outside was not too cold the rooms felt stuffy with no a/c. In fact, at night it was hot and I had trouble sleeping.

A wonderful, comfortable stay in...

Liked: A wonderful place to experience the beautiful city of Prague. A fantastic location, exceptional service, a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing room, a delightful bar downstairs and delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Every detail was carefully considered and everything you needed was at hand. We could have asked for more attentive staff. A real joy!!

The perfect hotel

Liked: Great location, exquisit hotel, professional and nice staff, great breakfast.Above expectations!
Disliked: The spa was unfortunately closed for renovation when we arrived. But I believe it should open soon.Tip - take the newer rooms (the ones without wall to wall carpet). All rooms are great - but these have better vibes.
