Liked: Friendly staff, feel supportive everywhere. We had a dog come with us and they had prepared everything, the dog bowl, bed and treats, felt my fur friend was very welcome. The food from the Bar is amazing at a reasonable price, definitely a stunning place to stay.
Disliked: The building is Victorian so sometimes you can hear people shut their doors if they lived next to you, double bed was a bit smaller so next time will definitely go for a king size.

Peaceful and relaxing

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and had a great night's sleep. The view out to the garden was very relaxing, and beautifully lit at night. The cute squirrels playing in the garden and the birds were an added bonus. Dinner was fabulous and the green apple bavarois dessert was delicious!There was a wedding while I was there and I heard absolutely nothing so this was fantastic
Disliked: Parking was a bit of a trek with suitcases from the overflow parking (there was a wedding), although you can bring your car around to the front (this was packed when I arrived due to the wedding)
