Disliked: Outside was a bit untidy and there were lots of noise throughout the night with others coming and going.

Disliked: Quite rundown, there’s been an attempt to update it but still feels very old. Safety lock broken, window wouldn’t close properly etc.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, got to Auckland an hour earlier than expected, but the staff let us check in early. The beds were VERY comfortable, I came up to Auckland for a concert with a friend and they were very nice to sleep on after a big night out. Facilities were very clean with all necessities provided, free overnight parking which saved us a lot of hassle.

Disliked: Bathroom wasn't upto standard had no hot water couldn't have a shower

Disliked: Hole in bathroom door, door handle broken, no smoke alarm, bed uncomfortable.
