Great..value for money. Good sevice

Liked: Have clear instructions about the pay parking..I was told by one staff to move my car before 7am then paid 40 at private parking when I couldve paid parking infront of building for less. I was told this by another staff.

Nice hotel with shuttle service...

Liked: Very comfortable hotel with shuttle service to the airport. Beds were comfortable and the on site restaurant provide nice meals and service. Very good hotel if you are looking to be close to the airport for a night.

Fantastic stay, execellent service!

Liked: Room was comfortable, nice and close to the airport, airport bus was awesome!

Very poor

Liked: The staff were friendly
Disliked: The room was very small and stank, wet carpet, mould smell.I was booked in for 3 days but only lasted 1. The electrical switches were faulty and most didn't work. There was no main light switch.I was unable to get a refund.

Affordability as well as comfortability!

Liked: I booked this Hotel stay for my cousins who travelled from Napier, they said it was better than their accommodation that they booked originally.
