Liked: The location was 7 min from Auburn University which was great
Disliked: The beds were dirty and stained up the shower was filthy the curtain had spots and gunk all over it hairs all on it and in bed hairs where everywhere the table hadn’t been cleaned the frig smelled bad

Disliked: Given wrong room until the next day. Then staff went above and beyond to get us the room we requested. Only one bath towel and 2 had towels in the wrong room, no wash cloths.

Lesson learned.....

Liked: The only reason I gave a score of 3 was because Ms Stephanie on night shift was amazing with helping me get checked in since I was arriving so late as well as another issue that she fixed the lady that came in for the overnight shift was also extremely nice. The beds were comfortable but I was extremely tired from my long drive.
Disliked: The room had not been cleaned and the sheets were questionable along with towels. We pulled the comforter down and there was a wad of hair in middle of bed there were also long black hairs stuck to shower walls as well as the bathroom was completely disgusting with green stuff on the soap holder in corner of shower dried urine among other things on the toilet floors hadn't been cleaned in a while (swept or mopped) the vanity was covered in toothpaste spit the shower map looked used but put back on side of tub the towels were either stained horribly or dirty and the previous occupants food was still in the mini fridge. I chose this hotel over a cheaper one a little further away because it didn't look bad in the pictures and ratings/reviews were better. I complained to front desk and all the girl said was I'll tell the manager and she was rude like I had bothered her. She could have offered clean towels or something. I had to go to my sister's hotel to shower because I didn't trust the one I paid good money for. I basically paid $157 to sleep in a bed for 4 hours. I could have slept in my car if I knew I was going to need to shower elsewhere.

Disliked: Older style “motel” type with outside entry to rooms.
