Nice hotel, nice location

Liked: Good location near Canada Place and Stanley Park
Disliked: My partner is blind, we booked a normal room since that suited our needs just fine. We were switched without asking into an accessibility room. I understand the hotel staff were trying to be helpful, but perhaps ask guests and not make assumptions about their needs and capabilities.

Liked: Carl at the front desk is the main reason our stay was so awesome. I had emailed a few times weekend before check I with questions and he was extremely helpful. Luckily it was him checking me in so I was able to put a face to my emails. Carl was able to get us into the room very early which was a big help on the day of a huge concert. I was up for 22 hours at that time and sick so being able to have a nap was great. Thanks Carl you’re the best!

Liked: Large modern room with additional conveniences (microwave, tea kettle)Gym access to include a huge pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Close to train stations. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
Disliked: Pillows weren’t comfortable. No restaurant

Luxurious and super fun stay!

Liked: Beautiful hotel. The pool and workout facilities are fantastic. The pool is up high with a glass roof so you enjoy beautiful city views as you swim. Fabulous steam, sauna, shower, and change rooms. Huge gym as it’s a private health club for members as well as hotel guests. The room was huge, super clean with stunning city views and super close to everything. Pacific center is just a few blocks away. It’s a beautiful part of town. Very affluent neighbourhood though so it’s not a budget option!
Disliked: Everything was great. The only thing that might be stressful for some people is navigating the parking situation. You have to drive 2 blocks up and then over 4 blocks or so to access the parcade. The elevator takes you to the hotel lobby but it’s not super well signed and you have to go through the back hallways to get to the lobby. Single women at night need to use caution. They need better elevator instructions as it’s hard to know if you are going to the right floor from the parking lot. However you only have to do it once and then it’s easy and people are very helpful along the way. A few more big arrows with hotel lobby this way would be useful for new guests.
