Cozy, clean and delicious breakfast!

Liked: The location was perfect (easy walk to get food/shop), the hotel was so clean and cozy (felt like I was right at home!) and the food/hospitality was just excellent.

Liked: we are an experienced B and B travellers . absolutely love the place, highly recommended. The small detail that makes it outstanding- good snacks /fruits/ baked goods are available 24/7. And you have 4 rooms to hang out. Thank you!
Disliked: the extra rooms to hang out and food available, beside just tea and coffee

Charming B&B close to everything...

Liked: adorable place! our room was very clean and although small it was very well set up. Bed was very comfortable and normally a continental breakfast is meh but this one was great and we took advantage of it every day. The staff was helpful and friendly. While they do warn you about stairs, they are not bad (trust me - we've had MUCH worse stairs experiences!) - location is great - close enough to the heart of everything - has a pharmacy right across the street and several restaurants within minutes.
Disliked: we stayed in room 3 (if that matters) and it was very warm. I am someone that is always cold - it was in the 20s outside most days and we consistently had the window open and a fan on. Those two things made it comfortable but definitely something to be aware of. This is probably listed and I missed it but there are no TVs in the rooms (well or at least not in room 3) which was a surprise to me. There is a big one in the common area - I am just someone that likes it to unwind in bed (my tablet was a decent substitute - just harder for me and my husband to watch together vs an actual TV)

Staying at JA Moisan Auberge...

Liked: Charming decor, sense of history, water pressure/temperature great, lots of choices at breakfast, staff in background but accessible and eager to help, their English facility was very good. Very nice to have historic JA Moisan Episerie next door. Location met our needs. Happy with our choice!
Disliked: Hard to transport luggage up two narrow stairwells. No directions for how to use the spa bath. Sidewalks in the neighborhood could be slippery in the wintertime. We wore special footage and were fine.

Liked: Breakfast was Continental. No hot food but plenty of options.
Disliked: Because the weather was cold and rainy I wish I had picked a location inside the Old Quebec Walls. This facility was about 4 blocks from an entry gate. Would be nothing in better weather (or less wimpy Southerners like us ha!).
