Excellent Stay, Great Location, Good...

Liked: Loved the location, cleanliness, size of the private room, breakfast, outdoor space, little cafe latte machine in the lobby area, size of the refrigerators and Thomas, best front desk person who put our cooler freezer packs in their office freezer.
Disliked: The kitchen prep area was a little small (counter space). A place where there were clean kitchen towels and sponges would have been good. There was no AC but we didn’t need it since the weather was in the low 70’s. Overall this hostel was one of the best we’ve stayed in despite these things.

Great option for budget travel....

Liked: Located in the heart of the Old Town. The cafeteria is large and offers catered food as well as an opportunity to bring, store and cook your own food.Lots of places to congregate with fellow travelers or find a quiet corner for some "me" time.
Disliked: Lack of air conditioning made my stay somewhat challenging. That week was very hot and humid. The fan in my room didn't work either, making it almost impossible to get a night rest.

Was convenient and clean

Liked: Convenient location, well situated.
Disliked: Was up a giant hill and had a large number of stairs so was hard to take my luggage up.

Affordable option in central Quebec

Liked: Comfy solo rooms, nice hostel, affordable option in central Quebec.
Disliked: No A/C in the room. No soap in the room.
