Good for an airport hotel

Liked: The cleanliness, the morning breakfast, the overall appearance of the building and room. Contacting us as Cassidy did after checking in was and added bonus.

Nice facility, great location, but...
Liked: The reason we decided to try this hotel was proximity to the airport and they provided a shuttle. Newly renovated, so facilities were still very fresh.
Disliked: During check-in we asked about the airport shuttle and found out it didn’t start until 9 AM (our flight departed at 6AM). He did mention that the check-out staff could help us get an Uber. At 4:30 AM, when we checked-out, we asked for help we were told they didn’t start with Uber until 5AM (again, flight departed at 6 AM). I told him that didn’t work for us and what could he do - nothing. We called Uber ourselves. More details on when things are available and expanded shuttle times - especially being that close to the airport.
