Liked: I was able to park on the property. The staff were great, and the facilities were clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was average and cost was on the higher end. The continental breakfast was better than what was served for the hot meal.

Sloppy breakfast service.

Liked: Location was ideal for walking around Wellington and handy for the ferry .
Disliked: Parking payment required and not enough spaces. Breakfast tables not cleared and reset for new customers. Food not replenished. Fruit juices, fruit, yogurts and bread not available at 9.

Convient location clean and basic

Liked: Rooms were fine, bathrooms need to be updated very old fashioned. Staff were professional friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bathrooms need updating badly but water pressure is good. Also a charge of $8 for a tray for room service was a bit steep.

Friendly, reliable, good food, bit...

Liked: Easy parking, friendly staff, clean, the kitchen was great for gluten free and staff made sure we ordered before it closed.
Disliked: Windows did not seal in the high winds and tired room decor
