Liked: -Restaurant Food, Speed of Service, Peaceful at night, great location.
Disliked: I've stayed at Artura many times and was extremely disappointment during this visit. Receptionist (lady) never smiles and looks completely disinterested in working there, it's a huge turn off for guests. My room key failed to work on both days I stayed there and my room service was delivered with no cutlery (there was none in my room either) or condiments I requested. The attention to little details was disappointing as I've enjoyed all my previous stays here.

Quirky and fun, we will...

Liked: We attended our first rodeo at Blacktown Showgrounds so googled nearby hotels. We thought the Atura looked a little quirky so decided to give it a go. We were more than pleasantly surprised, it was much larger than we thought and so many facilities.

Great retro vibe

Liked: Great value for money, staff were friendly and reliable, breakfast was great! The rooms were fun and quirky, comfortable beds too!
