Disliked: The air con didn’t work, I’ve stayed here a few times and every time there’s an issue. The self check in is also silly when you walk up to a reception desk that isn’t busy and they point you to the kiosks.

Stop putting your prices up...

Liked: The location is the main thing this hotel has going for it, it’s very central and most things are walking distance so it’s very convenient. The staff are always friendly.
Disliked: I’ve been staying here once a year for the last decade and the rooms haven’t had a thing done to them in that time and yet the prices keep soaring. There’s always some sort of maintenance issue going on, last year it was broken lifts and this year it’s sewerage problems that were apparently a problem in late March last year when a friend stayed as well. The whole room smelled very strongly of stale urine that was clearly coming from the pipes in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin you hear EVERYTHING going on, the curtains don’t block out light so dub is beaming into your eyeballs at the crack of dawn. There are ALWAYS problems with a lack of cleanliness, last year it was stale birthday cake being left in my room on arrival, this year it’s dust and fluff on every single surface. Everything I placed down on a surface came back up covered in it. There really is no pride in this place anymore it’s in desperate need of a refurb and a serious DEEP CLEAN.

Liked: Great hotel with a fantastic central location in Albury. Staff were welcoming and pleasant and eth service prompt. Our room was spacious with great facilities as described and a comfy bed. Will definitely stay again!
